Strut Cards printed on 2mm display card
We have just produced 200 A2 2mm display cards with struts for one of our trade clients. The A2 display boards were printed direct on UV flatbed printer last night then cut to A2 size on our router machine. Finally we have attached struts to each of the boards using double sided tape. The struts are also made in-house cut on our Summa router. This allows us to come up with bespoke solutions for stands and cater for any strut...

100 Picketing Placards for Student Union
We have recently despatched 100 picketing placards for Students Union University of Greenwich. The placards were digitally printed direct onto 4mm correx sheets and cut into A2 boards. The last thing left to finish the placards was to attach the wooden holding sticks. There were 4 different artwork designs supplied with specification to print 25 placards per each design. This super urgent order has been completed within 2 days of supplying the artwork to us.

Graphics for Bolton Wanderers Football Club Stadium
We have just accomplished an urgent project to print and install 36 laminated self-adhesive outdoor vinyl graphics with 'ao.com' sponsor adverts to cover 36 gates between the stadium sectors. We had just one day to adjust the graphics, book on the print queue and finish including laminating and trimming to size. Superfast turnaround has been proudly delivered in time for the Saturday match. All this was achievable thanks to the commitment of all of our print production staff as well...

Printed foam board exhibition panels for Sofa Source
This time Sofa Source UK Ltd. has approached us with an idea for even bigger structural exhibition stand construction. For the modular frame system we used graphic panels printed on 10x5ft sheets of 5mm foam core and 4mm correx. All the double sided hanging panels were printed on foam centred boards while the corner triangular corner totems were printed on 4mm correx.
